Live sports environments are high-pressure brand spaces — fast-moving, crowded, and broadcast globally. In this role, I was responsible for shaping how Red Bull’s brand presence performs across stadiums worldwide, ensuring clarity and consistency in both in-venue experience and broadcast visibility.
-
As Brand and Creative Lead for stadium environments, I led the strategic visual approach for brand content across 100+ venues globally. Working within a cross-functional ecosystem, I aligned internal teams, agencies, and partners around a shared visibility and content strategy.
-
Stadiums are complex systems — combining architecture, LED surfaces, broadcast requirements, and live audience dynamics. The challenge was to ensure that brand visuals didn’t just exist in these spaces, but worked: remaining legible, impactful, and consistent across formats, venues, and viewing contexts.
-
I focused on defining clear content hierarchies, visual priorities, and optimisation principles for LED and large-scale environments — while ensuring a fast, reliable production system suited to the pace of live sports.
By establishing modular templates, clear decision frameworks, and streamlined workflows, the approach enabled rapid content creation and adaptation without compromising brand consistency.
-
The resulting approach strengthened Red Bull’s brand visibility across stadiums and broadcast platforms worldwide.
